This transformational coaching journey involves:

Different journey for men and women
Men and women often have different visions of the desired outcome of a lifestyle transformation. In my experience, men usually strive for a sportier, more athletic appearance. They want to be able to play a game of soccer with their kids without immediately getting injured.
Women, on the other hand, often prioritize a balance between home and work, professional ambitions, and raising children, while looking radiant, toned, and sexy.
In my practice and at the gym, where I have been part of the transformations of motivated people for 25 years, I see these differences very clearly. Of course, everyone is unique, and there is plenty of room for individual preferences. Man, woman, and all other forms of identity – everyone's goals are valid and respected.
Now what?
That means; sitting down at the drawing board with me and examining all aspects related to your health. I will first carefully scrutinize your existing patterns in mindset, dietary choices, level of exertion and relaxation, and exercise with you, in order to craft a new, tightly fitting plan from there. We are all individuals. We all have other bodycompositions, different balances in hormones and gut bacteria. It is silly to think we all have the same results of the same diet. I am going to find out what is healthy for you; for your body, your mind, your gut and your persona.
