Why it's important?
Strength Fasting is only for individuals who have experience with strength training and who have a relatively good level of fitness. It's a very intense program, so it's only suitable for tough individuals!
It's a 10-day program based on a dietary protocol, additional and supportive nutritional supplements, and daily exercise.
How does it work?
The 10-day Strength Fasting training program is best compared to a short and highly effective "cutting phase." The strength endurance training during the program activates hormones that specifically target fat reserves under the skin (such as the abdomen, back, thighs, and buttocks).
This, combined with daily cardio training, results in an outcome comparable to what is known as "dry training" or the "cutting phase."
You will have a very simple and plane 10 days protocol and a personal coaching period during these days.
