It is a training course where you will gradual lower the amount of calories combined with a dosis of vitamines, omega3 and a cardio session of 30 minutes. During 3 days of fasting your oermechanism comes back to live what causes a lot of health benefits:
Your metabolism will use your fatcells as fuel to provide you with energy. So you will burn fat and your waist circumference wil drop. This is called the metabolic switch.
