Weight Managament
What important is that your body needs to have a healthy balance between fat and muscles. It is as simple as that. You want and need more muscle then fat, also to keep your fatburning oven working (resting metabolism). Especially visceral fat (fat around the organs) should remain low. We need it to protect us and keep us warm, but the we don't need an extra XXL subcutaneous winter coat.
If you have too much belly fat, it becomes a separate hormonal organ, and you don't want that because it generates all sorts of unwanted effects. For example, it can lead to the production of even more (belly) fat.
Health Energy and Condition
When you work on all aspects of your fitness under guidance, and you feel that you are visibly and tangibly progressing, you will experience more confidence and freedom from within. You'll feel like you can participate again! It gives a physical and mental boost and feels absolutely energizing! The feeling of being alive deserves to be 100%.
